SOARS 2024 Sponsored Basketball Camp Program to Pocono Invitational

OVERVIEW
This year Strengthening Opportunities Actions Resources (S.O.A.R) is sponsoring
TWO students (1 boy and 1 girl) in grades 4 – 12, to attend Pocono Invitational, a basketball camp located in Stroudsburg, PA. All camp expenses are 100% covered by S.O.A.R. Transportation to and from the camp are not included.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be in grades 4 – 12th
• Currently plays on an AAU, CYO, or school team or has experience playing on either for more than 1 season.
• Never attended Pocono Invitational
• Resides and attends school in 1 of New York City, New York’s 5 boroughs
• Must provide proof of home address and registration in a school in 1 of New York City, New York 5 boroughs (Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island)

CAMP DATES
Boys Point Guard Camp | July 12 – 13, 2024 (Overnight Fri. – Sat.)
Girls Point Guard Camp | July 26 – 27, 2024 (Overnight Fri. – Sat.)

PROOF OF ADRESS, SCHOOL, and GRADE DOCUMENT

A printed letter from your school which shows the students address, current enrollment, and grade.  Suggested acceptable letters for include NYC Schools Account report card in conjunction with a utility bill such as Con Edison, National Grid, Verizon, etc.
