CPR
The Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) portion teaches critical hands on skills of combining chest compressions with artificial ventilation in an effort to manually to maintain blood circulation and breathing until emergency medical services arrives.
AED
The AED course portion teaches the knowledge of when and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
FA
The First Aid course portion teaches critical skills and knowledge needed to assess and respond to a person that needs help upon arrival and how to assist with their needs.

BLS For The Professional Provider
Basic Life Support (BLS), is a CPR course for the professional provider. This course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.
The Course Covers:
• High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
• The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components
• Use of an AED
• Effective ventilations using a barrier device
• Ventilation practice with a barrier device aka PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including Pocket Mask, Face Shield, Bag Valve Mask (BVM)
• Discussing and hands on application of team dynamics in multirescuer resuscitation and
performing as an effective team member during multirescuer CPR
• Relief of a foreign-body airway obstruction in a choking victim (conscious and unconscious) for adults and infants
• Respiratory/Airway management and assessment
• Ventilations with and without a barrier device
• BLS code training
• Hands Only CPR
